Rooted in Mexican and Latin American traditions, requinto guitars are smaller versions of the classical guitar with a shorter scale length and a notably deeper body depth. Our Requinto Series guitars don’t seem to be only suitable for Trío romántico groups and traditional folk music but are also great instruments for acoustic performances, where amplification isn’t conceivable, as they’re much louder than a traditional small body guitar.
